looking for a restoration shop around Rochester, NY. how do I find one?
Hey everyone,
I am trying to get back into fixing the body of my 88 camaro. I've already posted on Body forum about possibly getting it acid dipped, but while that is being considered I was wondering what a professional would suggest (maybe even after looking at the car in person).
Does anyone know any restoration shops around rochester, NY? Unfortunately between school, work and married life I don't have time to talk to local car people much these days. How would one go about finding a shop?

There is a great little shop next to Fab Weld in the city. It's in the Dewey/Driving Park area if I remember correctly. It's a seperate business in the same building. Very low key. They do custon paint and body work and restoration work. It takes them a little while, but it's done right. Sofia does good paint work, I don't know about their body work though, but they are a collision shop.

there's also a reputable shop in Batavia, NY (about 30 min. from Rochester) that does great work. here's their website: http://eddytheb.com/
