I finally started...
The 700R4 is out of the Camaro, and the T56 is on its way in. Yay. I'll post some pictures soon.
Anyone want the 700R4? I'd like to at least get 75 bucks for it.

No, it was starting to slip. Should probably rebuild it. I also have a 305 with 140,000ish miles on it that never burned oil. PM me if interested.

How is it going? If you need any help, give me a call.... I am busy pretty much all day, everyday of the week with work and my sons football practice, but the weekends may be OK to cruise down.

I'm off after this Friday on vacation for a week. Email me. Let me know if you need a hand. I got the 5.7 from Santa Rosa. I might need a hand myself getting it stuffed into the IROC.

Thanks for lettin me swing by Jason, you really cleared up a lot for me. I appreciate it!
Daniel, hit me up any time you want to swing by man. When it's time for that engine swap let me know!
I'm going to install the pedals and get all that stuff done today. After that I'm just waiting for my T56 to come back from American Gear.

Any pics for those of us who plan on doing the manual swap? Do you want me to come over with my camera?

Well it's drivin! Now I'm just trying to tune my prom a little. I'll be taking it to SoCal this Friday for a little trip so hopefully there won't be any problems. Now I just need some 4.11s!

Cool, we skipped church this morning. Just got back from the Grand Canyon/Zion Park motorcycle trip. Call me when you wake up! BTW, Camaero-when you stop by I'll take some pics to post up of the completed manual swap project.

Hey Daniel, I'm leaving for NC tonight, so I'll have to catch you when I get back in two weeks. I drove the maro to San Fran last night taking the 1. That was FUN! Left at around 8 or 9 at night and got home at 7 in the morning. Now I have an all night flight to catch.
Funny how a random cruise turned into a quick little drive to Monterey which turned into an all night event in San Francisco lol
I think that if I could afford the gas, I would never stop driving that thing. Just go go go.
See you guys soon.

You are too funny man ! I have never met someone that can just feel like a drive and end up driving that far... When I feel like a cruise, I have to plan for it, San Francisco needs to be planned months in advance for me! Enjoy it while you are single with no children !

Let me know when you get back from NC. I wanna check out the swap. BTW, Pete Johnston quoted me $1200 for the fuel pump to be replaced. I may check around elsewhere, but maybe I'll crawl back under it and do it again with a GM pump? Try and have fun on your trip to NC.
