Restoration Shop?

Hey guys. I moved from Montana to the south Bay Area last year. Montana has no emissions checks, but now that I'm in California this project is a lot more difficult.

I just heard about GM's new ERod LS3 crate engine, and it sounds like the simplest option for me. Also Tremec is coming out with the T56 Magnum-F, specifically designed to fit in a 4th gen.

So yah, I'm shopping around for a shop in the area that could drop the LS3/T56 in my 91. If they can do body/paint as well, that would be even better.

So if anyone knows of a place near San Jose/Mountain View area please give me a shout.

Re: Restoration Shop?

I'm also a bay area transplant.

Currently working on an L92/T56 swap in my 88 GTA will probably post a build thread once i get further along.

Check out Pacific Fabrication in Morgan Hill. They did a top notch job dropping a 350 into my 92 Z28. Quality work for sure. Pacificfabrication.com
