his hood was a stock steel hood that a cowl was grafted onto. IIRC.

Jegster adjustable tq arm- puts alot of anti squat in the chasis so i dont know if i'd be too worried about down track traction since it drives the tires into the pavement pretty good.

You know, that's actually surprising... I've owned a bunch of these cars and ran them all down the track, ranging from much slower than your car to a 4th gen that was MUCH heavier and ran about the same times, and I've never actually had one stay straight on a 1-2 shift at the track with a stock panhard rod. Every single one would jump sideways on the 1-2 shift, and it would go away if you did anything to stiffen the panhard rod.

Factory GTA hood, 4" fiberglass cowl, body guy molded it in for me. Said to do a paying customer it'da been around $700 to have it done, but the guy blended it flawlessly, even 6 yrs later you cant tell it's not a factory type hood, no cracking, dimples, etc...but i just wish no i'da went fiberglass to save some weight on this tank.
