Hello, and Pics
Just picked up and '88 IROC: 468 big block, 10 point cage, turbo 400 with tb, 12 bolt, ladder bar rear, coil overs. Car is very nice and clean, certainly not a whored out track car. I was told that this was a former race car from Canada, that had the mountain motor yanked out of it, and the 468 put in it's place. Car was sold to a person in Alaska approx. 4 years ago, and I just picked it up on Friday, anyone know this car?
I've put a kirkey seat in, 5 point harness, and the battery cutoff. Installing a new nitrous system, and a stand alone nitrous fuel system.

Hoping to run tens on motor, and 9's on spray, but till I actually get it to the track it's all just a guess.

Re: Hello, and Pics
At this point the motor is an unknown, I was told that it's a 10.5/1 cr, and the previous owner is claiming 500 hp off the bottle. I figure that if it's really making 500 hp the car on motor should be good for some tens. I know the motor isn't studded, and that's the extent of my motor info, hence why I asked if anyone knows this car I would like to see if I could track down the original builder and get some info on the motor ( I know it's a long shot).

Re: Hello, and Pics
Thanks everybody, as for the radio, that was one of the things that I pulled out this weekend, along with the rear seats, the rear speakers, and the drivers seat belt. As a budy of mine told me, you do not buy a car like this for the stereo
As soon as I get the new nitrous system, and stand alone fuel system paid for I'm going to get a kirkey seat for the passanger, and have the wheels powder coated black.
