Had a lot of fun. It was just to bad there was a bunch of losers that signed up and pulled no shows so we couldn't race. There was 97 no shows but they couldn't pass the slot on. It was good racing and hands down to the kid in the vette that took 2nd place. 18yrs old and out drove all but one. I give him a lot of respect and will be watching for him again. Got to meet the guys from season 1. There was only 2 3rd gen worth watching. Glenns blue one was the best one. Heres a pic of the final race
clean car. i looked at pinks website and couldnt find any dates. how did you find out when and where? i dont think the have ever made it to florida but id like to see the turn out.
I found it on by putting pinks all out. The next one I believe is in Texas and thats it for the year. It is alot of fun just wish I couldve raced my S-10. There was a truck there that ran 6:32@235 he was the winner of the fast eight. The only bad thing is tha Rich needs to not talk so much. A lot of fun and cool people.
I got a couple of pics of that 'Vette from his first race in the top 32. Pretty impressive that he held it straight every time after the front end set back down.
I actually got 5 shots at 3 frames per second before the car settled back down on the front wheels.
Most of us knew back in Nov or Dec when they announced they were coming here. then I knew I was slected when they did the reg on April 2nd. Beleive me I was thrilled.
Heres the pics I took along with my daughter http://pnwcc.com/gall/gallery/Pinksallout Including some pics of Izcanns, got a chance to meet him & he was great so was his car.
after coming through the gate I found out I could have replaced my car by bringing my husbands or one of the other cars we had on the place.
oh well. I do hope they come back next year& that my car is ready to go this time.
Too some people it was the second nicest to others it may have been the nicest, I dont know nor do I care! I just know I had a blast. Too bad we couldn't have had a thirdgen match up in the 32!
Thanks to the people that stopped by in the pits and took the time to say hello!
The blue one was O.K. but I thought he would have been a whole lot faster then what he was!

Don't get me wrong that car and owner was cool. He did make it to the 32 so I guess is was better then the other one. Would like to talk more to him. Talked a little bit at the track. Bad with names. Your right yours was the best one there.
