shortblock is assembled but heads are off, no valvetrain. Block is .040 over and looks like it could just use new rings and bearings and you're set. This is a 350 block for a factory roller cam. I bought it as a spare and now i dont need it. it comes with valve covers, timing cover, oil pan, dipstick, and timing setup.
