I've got an repaired original 1989 aero spoiler off of my red Formula. The corners cracked out, but have since been repaired. The paint is okay, but not perfect. It definitely needs paint on the corners to conceal the repairs I made. If I had to guess, I'd say the repairs I made will last another 10 years, but no guarantees. With paint, I doubt anyone would know that there were repairs made. If anyone is seriously interested and wants an original spoiler, I'll take some pics and I can also explain the details on how I repaired the spoiler and why I think it'll last so long. I've got the spoiler in the back of my storage unit, so I'll need some time and some serious offers to get me to get it out. Also, keep in mind that shipping will likely be expensive as the originals aren't exactly light. If you'd like to pick it up and live in central California, that's okay too. If it sounds like I'm not interested in selling the spoiler, it's only because I'm trying to weed out the mildly interested buyers that would probably be better off buying a fiberglass repro anyway.

Okay, two things: 1. I'd rather discuss buying price separate from shipping. Sorry, just personal preference. I'll haul the spoiler out of storage and get it weighed and measured so we can figure shipping out after we negotiate a price. 2. I'd feel much more comfortable taking some photos of the spoiler so that the buyer knows exactly what he/she is getting. I feel that honesty and trust are extremely important. I don't want anyone to be dissatified.

I'll get the spoiler out in the next couple days. It's been raining out here and I don't have a covered truck bed, so I don't want to get the spoiler out while it's raining as the rain will ruin the box. Sorry again for not specifying the shipping/price thing.
