Either color will do, if you have a good set of 4! Gold/Silver or Black....
Thanks!

I have apretty good shape set of four gold lace rims. The gold is a bit stripped away by the guy who was trying to repaint them then lost interest. They will need to be painted to look really good though. I'd sell them for $200 plus shipping. Unless you have some trades.

WHY? I've been painting mine whatever color I want - and it's holding up EXTREMELY well (as in no chips, flaking off, etc., on a daily driver for over a year). I use Rustoleum Professional Grade rattle cans, too. Powder coating is another more expensive but more durable (from what I've heard) option.....

Vern,
Very intersted in all four. If they are in nice shape I have no problem painting them myself. What are you looking for and could we talk?
Thanks.
Andrew

Rather than hijacking this thread, please e-mail me using the e-mail icon at the bottom of all my posts if you want to talk about the GTA wheels I have. You can also search eBay for the same user name ("vernw")....
As for how I paint them, I first thoroughly clean the wheels with a poly brush and some soap and water, wipe them off with acetone, mask off the polished outer rim (and tires) very carefully, and then spray multiple light coats of gloss black PROFESSIONAL GRADE RUSTOLEUM (available at Lowe's). Have to go at each "slot" from multiple angles to get complete coverage down in those holes - especially the little ones near the center. The I flip the hweel over abd hit them from the back side to make sure all the holes are painted.
I haven't even had to clear coat mine, though that might make them a little more durable. I just wasn't sure of the compatibility of a clear coat over this paint. No chipping or peeling in 2+ years of daily driver usage.
