block

Both are good. Things you need to consider is how the block is designed. Bore, stroke, depends on your application. Dart is what most go with..A little more cash.,,buy what u need

I have a DART little M. The single best investment I made for my car. The up front cost may make you sweat a little but when the motor is done it will be worth it.

Good Luck!
