Road race oil pan

Does anyone know of a good 6,7, or 8 quart road race or drag race baffled type oil pan for our cars that is similar to the canton for a 1 piece block that is affordable. On eBay there are several that look very similar to the canton with trap doors but nothing saying what cars they will fit. Need one to fit stock exhaust and one piece rear main.

Re: Road race oil pan

Canton sells a pan that meets all your criteria- and it's listed specifically for the third gen F body... or are you looking to buy a cheap knockoff so you can save a few bucks and know the joys of chasing oil leaks and think that is a good way to spend your time?

Re: Road race oil pan

You can also run this and a tall filter. It will give you an extra Quart of engine oil and about the same with the transmission oil.

It's large enough to accommodate the 14in puller fan I have on it.

The transmission oil runs constant but the engine oil has a temp. controlled sandwich adapter that only lets it start to flow at 180*/operating temperature for my car.
Your going to need an transmission oil cooler anyway. Why not have both.

Don't let the tube and fin fool you, it has a total of 7ft of tubing for the transmission oil and 4.6ft for the engine oil and that does not count the long hoses for both. You can use either or for fluids. I chose to have the trans. oil in the longer run.

And its made in the U.S.A.

The 14in fan mounted on it is adjustable , temperature controlled an can be set to come on at what ever temperature I want.

Canton, pricey but worth it.
