Wow Raven, never seen a right hand drive camaro before! Looks like a great set up, BTW, what's the square hole in the "passenger" side firewall for?

Yes, everytime i go out driving and its 45degC I think about intercoolers. Not very keen on cutting up the front too much for a FMIC so i might look at a Water/Air cooler if i can find one for the right price.

The hole on the firewall is me being too lazy to box up where the heater blower was

Yeah, confused me. I thought you were running a "weldernator". It might come in handy. Do a search for Google about it.

HOLY CRAP guys!

I guess I won't embarass myself and post a picture of my naturally aspirated, as plain looking as possible, sleeper 400 small block. I swear the oil leaks are there only to add to the "sleeper" look!! hehe.

I guess about the only thing more impressive that i could post would be if I "bolted in" a 5.5 megawatt nuclear reactor, turbo'd it, and jammed three or four F18 Engines on the back, with afterburners and 28 inch chrome exhaust tips , running with a billion horsepower 50 stage nitrous kit and lauched the whole thing with a steam powered MACDADDY 5000 catapult for a holeshot.

I still probably couldn't catch a few of these rides! HOLY CRAP do I feel slow!

My second turbo setup. hybrid twin turbos on a vortec 350. All stainless headers. you can tell these are the first things i ever TIG welded, I got a little better towards the end, but the $200 TIG from harbor freight has limitations.

Heres my little power adder. Spray is fun!!! Now im thinking about going blower on spray. That would be cool as hell but... It doesnt look like they can run with the surp. belt. Does anyone know if you can take like a 92 camaro acc. brackets and trade them for like a 85 with the 3 belt system?

I have seen blowby and rags on air breathers on a variety of well built engines, having blowby on the juice is fairly common. I have seen it on about half the cars that run, also on blower and turbo cars for that matter, I think it has to do as much with the cam sometimes as much as the piston rings/cylinder walls. Its not really a sign of a problem, so don't let anybody try to convince you different just because "well my car doesn't do it".

A breather tank is a great way to help reduce the problem.

If you bought a weld on moroso style crankcase evacuation system, dont bother, unless you are running no mufflers and exhaust straight out of the headers. Exhaust system back pressure will close the one way valves during passes making them useless. Get a breather style catch can and run a hose to the valve cover, heck get two! one for each valve cover or just run two hoses into one:

I've seen blowby and rags on air breathers on a variety of engines that had way to large ring gap, or ring gap setups designed to aide a dry sump oiling system, that does NOTHING for wet sump but cause blowby.

Then there are cars with no sign of ring seal which have huge blowby at idle and no visible blowby on the juice. Such as cars with destroyed cylinder bores that shouldnt even be running, or severely worn cylinder bores, or cracked rings. you see no blowby or valvecover leakage on a nitrous pass, but they wont pass a leakdown test and you find the broken ring during the teardown.

Blowby is contributed to by all of the things you stated, ABSOLUTELY, but... I was just saying that cars which do have blowby can still be soundly assembled and built and still have plenty of blowby. In other words, blowby does not alway equal failure or poor parts design or poor machining or poor installation. Even when everything is right you still can have blowby with great ring seal.
