It lives!
I found a new motor the dream is still alive. Know for the question, is it ok to use a head gasket thats has been torqued once but not ran again? I heard there is a fix so that a 150 shot will work on a TPI, what is it? By the way the dream is an 11 sec 305. Sence my 12.7 run, I've added ported heads and 1.6 RR's. The only thing I need to do is add the stall.

I just put a brand new one on last weekend, I started the car and it made the most horrable should something let loose in the lower end. Car ran for about 2 mins. Will the head gaskets be good or need replaced?

It is a compression gasket, so once it is compressed its done...
There are reusable head gaskets out there but they are a lot of $$ for normal drag racers who dont tear their motors down after every pass.
