Accel Shorty Header plugs?

Are Accel header plugs cold enough? I think they are about 1 or 2 steps colder but I cant find anywhere to confirm.
anyone know?
When I put them in about a month ago I gapped them to .045...is that ok?

I tried a set of those last year and had terrible luck with them. Kept fouling out very easily. My advice is to do what I ended up doing. Use Autolite plugs. They are the same length as the shorties and a whole lot cheaper. When using the Autolites you can cross referance the part numbers with AC delco at the part stores.

I used them for about a month a couple years back and they fouled out very quickly. I would use the Autolites or something else like mentioned above.

I didnt have much luck with them either, not to mention they're only slightly shorter than your average plug.
