Once you get 100 posts you become a member.
You get put on probation if you post stuff like IBTL in posts, non tech stuff, flame people, or try to get around the bad word blocker, "if you put d*mn or a*shole" and any volgur material. You get banned if you keep on doing it after you are put on probation, or if the admin's or mods feel the right that you just need to be banned.
