Fresh new motor! Quick question?!

Okay so I got my car running. Fresh new motor. I have maybe a hundred miles on it. I was checking my spark plugs to do some tuning to my carb. However when I checked my plugs. I noticed I have a little oil on the plug.
My questions are is that bad? And what can cause that?
I hope it's not that bad... I just rebuilt it.

Thanx for ur time.

is this a brand new engine. all rings and pistons. if so you will see a little oil till it is broke in. dude. put new plugs in and get on the freeway and drive it. varying speeds. your ok so far. rings have to seat.

after you get back from the freeway trip. let it rip. floor it a few times. then drive it nice.

then drive it like you stole it. when you are finished with this project break in go home and let it cool. change the oil and call it a day.

It s normal with a new engine. just beat on it for a hundred miles lightly, change the oil and neat it till it blows or it is just not fast enough anymore.
