well kwik and i were there... kwik brought a couple friends with him. his car is sweeeeettttt!!!!!!!!!!!!! so the count was kwik in his 4th gen his buddy brought a 4th and a c5 vette and then you had my t/a... but noone one else made it. hey kev, we'll catch you at the next one man... willie too. i know joe was stuck at the base. i think that we are getting better though. at least there were 4 cars this time. so we have been adding atleast one per get together. until next time gents.

I didn't get out there till almost 4:00pm, of course no one was still there. that's ok i know kwik and vagabond were in a hurry. didn't get a chance to talk to kwik, his car is very nice. 4 pt roll cage, supercharger, what more could a man want. talked to vagabond, older guy with the pimped out c5 and lt1 maro, nice fella lives out in ocala, talked about power tour, he took his maro on. lota driving but sounds fun! day started with me helping nieghbor time his new 350, put a lunati voodoo in it, he said it was mild, but i think he got lopy. a little gas fire and some coffee. some how fuel line got melted and FIRE! oh well, then got busy drinking margarita's at clancy's beach side. but hey, not evryday is perfect.

well i am hoping to get the car painted this weekend. so it will look better on the outside. i did get a spoiler at the boneyard. not a wraparound though like i wanted but one is better than none. lkq this weekend is having a glass sale windshields $19.99 all other glass $9.99 just throwing it out in case any of you guys need glass.then you can go and get some cheap

Car show at Destination Harley Davidson saturday. they say they start at 4 but get there after lunchtime if you want a parking space.

i am taking it first thing in the morning... black cherry effect!!! and getting the windows tinted at the same time. $311 for both together. keeping the hood even though it is a little warped BUT... i will be in the market for a ram air hood II after a few more items yet to buy... carpet and weatherstripping and i am still looking for some way to purchase or recover my door panels. i am trying to set more of the car to right before the hood though. i did find a ram air hood for like $500 though. now if we ever get the government rebate checks in may or june like they say then i may be in business for a hood. i can get the paint shop to paint match before i install. so not a big deal there. i will get my car back on tuesday after work.

does anyone have a heat gun. i want to do the tpi air box mod and i just got a spare tpi airbox to work on and need a heat gun.

when we getting together again fellas... soundoff when you have weekends off. i have every weekend off. so lets all figure out when we meet again. ohh. btw where i am getting the car painted is having this deal going on til the end of march. $175 for a 2 year gaurantee. econo's on mason near the train tracks. window tint is only $110 thats what i am doing. you pick the color you want out of their book. if you go just dont pick my color... lol

now i can see every flaw on the car so i will know what needs more sanding and what needs to be popped out. i will get up some pics sooner or later. you will beable to see it at the next meet. the spots where i over sprayed the primer shows in my paint job. they said since i did the primer work to it they could not do additional body work since they would not know what they were dealing with. but it isn't the best but i take some blame. at least it isnt primer anymore. i figure i have until i buy the hood to smooth it out and have them do the touch up work. i love the color. black cherry tint in direct sunlight. solid black at night and in the shade. very nice. and the windows are tinted so no ac and cant put down the windows til saturday.

good luck with the ghetto paint. if it's not too orange peel looking it ought to be ok. what color was org. on that car mike? pontiac always had nice colors. still do. anyone want to meet up sat 29th march? can ya'll think of a place to park by road and grill out?
