Engine: 383
Transmission: 3 on the tree
Axle/Gears: 12 bolt with 3.73 gears/open diff
anyone in tucson with...

experience with bypassing the vats system i been at it 2 days now and still haven't figured out how to do it i can supply some beer when where done if so get at me through pm

What typer of motor is in the car?

THe relay for the starter that is controlled by vats is behind the drive side kick panel, or you can just put a resistor on the brown and orange wire that is equivalent to the one on your keys and that will be much easier if the car is stock..

its a bone stock v6 5 speed and thanks i found the wires your talking about i need to find someone with the resistor i need radio shack didnt have it so ima cruise around tomorrow and find someone who has it before i go get the motor for my truck

Elliots electronics on 22nd and park have lots of stuff like that, thats where i would go first before going anywhere.

Last time I had to do a VATS bypass Elliott had the exact 2% tolerance resistor I needed. Side note there, make sure you get 2% tolerance, not 5%.
