For what year is this Throttle body for? I just installed an HSR on my 89 Formy. Do you know if it will fit? I know there are different Part numbers for third gens.

No, his throttle body is for 85-88 setup, and you need an 89-92 setup.

Shifter plates and console lid have been sold.

Also the T56 setup is from an LT1 not an LS1.

Thanks again.

Would that tranny work in a third gen? As in bolt up to say a 383? And line up with the shifter hole? Thanks!

It can definitely work in a Thirdgen, I know a lot of people that have a T56 rather than a T5 in their thirdgens, I know that some other parts would have to be purchased.

I have a LT1 T56 in my thirdgen but it is definitely NOT a plug and play bolt in. See the two tech articles on this website on how to put a T56 into a thirdgen. They discuss all the details.

Just let me know, I will be at my shop on Saturday, if you want to come out on Sunday I can take the differential home, but that will be 20 more miles east of the shop if you want to pick them up on Sunday. Just give me a call and let me know. Thanks again
