Car: '84 Trans Am; '88 GTA
Engine: Vortec 355ci TPI
Transmission: TH-700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.73
For Sale: Low Mileage Long Block L98 complete w/ ECM, MAF, exhaust etc.
That L98 I painstakingly lugged back to my house is for sale. I'm now opting to buy a Trans Am with an L98 and my wife needs a new econobox so in spite of this one being low in miles, I've got to part with it. Here's the details:
-Complete Tuned Port Injection setup (still installed on engine)
-ECM
-Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor (1988)
-Intake tubes
-y-pipe
-Fuel Pump/Sending Unit
-Fuel Lines
-Complete wiring harness (thoroughly labeled)
Here's the Story: The owner of the '88 Firebird GTA was broadsided and the car was totaled with around 59,000 miles. He pulled all the good components from the car before it was junked and labeled the wiring harness. Mind you I've never dyno'd this engine or checked out the other components so I have no idea if there are any issues, but everything looks solid, functional and in good shape. I hate to let it go but oh well.
$1500 for the whole enchilada. I'm not looking to part this out but if you really need a part let me know. Thanks.
