Rim offsets, but not the normal questions. (relative to BMW rims)
I've seen someone on here from Tawiian that bolted on 5/7 series BMW rims and was driving around on them. Appearently it's been a couple years too.
The question that I have is somewhat related to his venture. The 5/7 series has a 20+mm offset, while my IROC rims are 16 (I've heard 20mm too), but what about using the 20+mm on the front? That guy didn't use spacers, but I was wondering if this could be done.
I found some other nice BMW rims that I would like to use without spacers. These rims are from the 5/7 series and are 20+mm all the way around, so I wasn't sure if they would work on the front. Will they?
About 1/2" of my front tire is inside the wheel well and I don't want it to rub, so I was wondering if the 20+mm offset would push the tire towards the inside of the car or the outside of the car.
