Torque Arm Clamshell?
Hey y'all,
I'm struggling to finish my suspension overhaul (car's been on stands for two weeks) and the torque arm has been giving me nothing but grief... Anyway, according to the Spohn site (Spohn Performance, Inc.)
I need a certain type of clamshell to mount the torque arm to the transmission. Problem is: I think my car has the wrong clamshell. I ran a search and couldn't find anything on the subject, so if I do have the wrong shell, where can I get the right one? Would the dealer still carry them? Does anyone have a part number for these things? I'd really rather not drive all the way to the junkyard and spend an afternoon trying to find one. Thanks a lot, and I appreciate any help that can get my baby back on the road and tearing up corners with the new suspension.
