Some info on rear suspension/LCAs
Found this in a search and could not find it posted here before:
http://hewsoninc.ca/mythinformation.htm
Seems to show in real terms how the rear suspension works with some food for thought.
Seems to support the information that poly bushings are not suitable for some parts of our cars, as they simply cannot move in in three dimensions, which our rear setup seems to require-unless you're just going in a straight line or over a perfectly flat surface and not trying to take the turns like a demon as then the suspension must act in a way it wasn't supposed to, as angles of rotation needed for proper load transfer (to shocks and springs) are no longer able to move as they should, because of bushing material.
Also, it's about Porsches, but still something I think others might want to read over.

Any other thoughts or info, feel free to add.

Just noticed the other day that there are LCAs on ebay now with a 3 piece poly bushing in one end thats supposed to take care of the problem. Worth a look.
