Well, after doing much searching through this board I found that Moog makes poly 36mm bushings p/n K6459 (napa p/n 265-2176 $16ea). I also found a website *claiming* to sell 36mm ENS bushings.

So I contacted ENS to ask about this, since they don't list it on their site. They told me the retailer's site was incorrect and that they don't make 36mm bushings for the WS6 because of the bushing mount's proximity to the bend in the swaybar, thus with poly bushings it would be prone to cracking the mount.

Now, that sounds good in logic, but looking under mine it doesn't seem like it would be an issue. I haven't stumbled across much in the way of cracked poly bushing mounts, and a couple minutes of searching didn't uncover anything.

Is this a real ocncern? If we can come to a concensus perhaps ENS could be convinced to start making 36mm bushings for us!

TopDownSolutions offers a real nice set of 36mm... greasable and all.

Good luck even finding the rubber ones. Both autozone and pepboys in my town said they had the rubber ones in stock for the WS6. I get there, and they were both 34mm, which is too small.

Didnt try napa. Just gonna wait and get the TDS ones eventually.

Yeah, if I got the poly route I'll get the moog from napa. Just easier to pick up local, ya know?

Any thoughts on ENS's claim to bushing frame mount cracking?

Im in the same boat. the greasable ones are nice but the price reflects this. this isnt top priority on my list but i am goin to have to do them sooner rather than later

lol nevermind i just looked at tds' website and ordered some, for some reason i was thinkin they were more.

I had the loop part of the right front mount break. Bent it all to **** too. Had to bend it back and zip it up with the welder. No more problems. It was the bracket that came with the bushings too...from energy susp. I was on the street driving home from the airport when it started clunking under there. Didn't know that it was an inherent problem. I still would not go back to rubber.

my front one broke too ... 34mm ES poly bushings ... not sure but I think I had their bracket ... I don't think it was the stock bracket

I purchased the 36mm from GM. If I were at home, I could provide part number. Poly, however, is the way to go.

I bought 36mm Engery Suspension bushings for a 2001 Silverado 1500 2WD. They fit like a charm.
