Qusetion for Drag Racers

I just swapped a TH350 into my 89 Camaro RS Still has the stock 305 in it, and a set of BF Drag Radials I noticed lately that when I nail it off a line all is good, and when I hit second gear the passenger side rear squats really hard.

Is there a weak link back there I should look into, or what? The car is nothing special yet, so I wouldnt think it would squat like that.

Where should I start?
Thanks

I thought about that, but flex from a stock TBI 305?
I also notice the car sits kinda low in the rear, my springs may just be old and junk, could probably use a set of shocks to.
