Suspension and Chassis Questions about your suspension? Need chassis advice?

Car: 1986 Camaro Iroc
Engine: 305 TPI
dumb question

Ok I want to redo my front end everything is rusty and I want better handling. what all will I need? Also does a coil oever kit replace struts or do I need to buy new struts as well.

What I think I need:
1 new shocks/ coil over
2 tie rods inner and outer
3 tie rod sleeve
4 sway bar
5 a arms?
6 ball joints

Is there much else? Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!

Check Spohn's site. He's sells a front end kit as well as the coilover's, IIRC.
