Re: only lowering an inch

Hello, even just lowering your car an inch your going to need an adjustable panhard bar to get the body realigned over the axle. You will need to check your pinion angle after you get the car lowered. If it is not within spec you will need an adjustable torque arm to correct it. I would recommend not cutting your factory springs and going with a lowering spring instead. We have our lowering springs available in pairs or as a complete set of four. We have everything that you will need to get your car looking and performing like you want it. Give me a call if you have any questions about which parts you need. Here is a link to our site.

"an inch or two"

There's a HUGE difference between 1 inch and 2 inches when talking about lowering. And with a 3rd gen car - 2 is about the max.

1 inch - no torque arm needed but adj panhard definitely.
2 inches - you'll need it all

Hello
If you are looking into lowering a vehicle I would suggest going with a adjustable pan hard bar to allow you recenter the rear due to it shifts when a vehicle is lowered. UMI Performance has a wide variety of suspension parts that may met your needs. Below is a link to show you what all we have to offer!

If you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will be more than glad to help.
Thanks
Brad
