Sway bar issues

The sway bar bushings are all dead on my car. (which really sux b/c the washers make it sound like I am dragging chains down the street. I checked all the other bushings and they seem fine. My problem it I can't seem to find anywhere that will just sell me the sway bar bushing without the whole rest of the suspension bushings. Any one know where I can get just the bushings.
Also, I know you are not supposed to mix poly and rubber bushings, but since the sway bar it kind of a seperate piece, would it matter if I up graded just those? Thanx

You can buy Energy Suspension sway bar bushings in many colors from Jegs or Summit. I got the greasable kind and they are a snap to install. They come in pairs so you can order fronts or backs. They also sell the endlinks in pairs too. I think the bushing pair was around $20 and the endlinks $14.

From the sounds of it, your asking about the endlink bushings because you mention washers. They are avail seperately from just about anywhere. Sounds like they may just be loose. Try tightening down the nut at the top, that may fix you problem.

You can just upgrade the endlinks to poly, but you have to do the back as well to balance the car out.

I agree with Justin that it appears you are reffering to the sway bar link bushings. I bought the 1LE sway bar link bushings and new spacers (P/N 10221779) from VanDevere Olds., www.vandevere.com. They ran something like $5 and change for each. Also Energy Suspension components are available from Performance Suspension Components in AZ. www.performancesuspension.com (800) 572-3768. I also agree on getting the greasable sway bar bushings when you decide to get them. Good luck, Lon.
