Best Struts/Shocks.....?

See sig for car and mods....

I am looking to replace my shocks and struts and use my car primarily for weekend drag racing and some street cruising.

What would be an all around good combo to go with.

Stay on a budget (READ_BROKE!)

Since you still want to drive on the street and keep it cheap, buy some Lakewood 70/30 front struts. 90/10's are not recommended for street use.

For all out racing get some Koni SPA1's all around.

KYB GR-2 up front,and KYB Gas-A-Just out back is a popular set-up

Chaotic Firehawk can be found wondering NEThirdgen.org and 3rdgen.org

"A musclecar, by definition, is a powerful and sporty vehicle that must be able to spin its tires at will. The Firebird Trans Am is capable of laying down twin black streaks of rubber several hundred feet long. We wanted to be sure it could, so we did it a half dozen times in the name of automotive science."-MotorTrend

I hear good things about KYB. I like their prices too.

I just wonder how much lift I will get from the front end?

Right now, with worn out struts it launches pretty well. I'd like to try the 90/10 Lakewoods, but I'm scared to spend the money and end up not liking them for street use.

Thanks for the reply's guys. Keep em coming
