when i turn to hard to the right and put it in reverse it makes a loud wam wam wam sound like the front end is shaking or something. i already took front tires off not ball joint can someone help?

With the front off the ground and with the wheel on grab it and turn it side to side and up and down to look for any play. How did you check your ball joint, with a pry bar? Inspect all the components and structure for any abonormal wear or cracks. Often time with a broken weld or cracked metal you will see rust forming or rust streaks looks for those. Then go over everything with some wrenches and check all your nuts and bolts to see if anything is loose.
