Hypertech fan switch from hell !!!!

Hey I just got a hypertech fan switch for my 89 RS. I found where the fan switch is located but Ii dosent have an end adapter to hook together. Anyone that has put this in please please respond.

Oh and do you really need to drain the coolant.

You don't have to, but it would certainly makes things easier; especially if you're lying underneath the car......and lord help you if it's still hot. (that's from personal experience)

you dont have to drain the coolant but if you take that fan switch out the coolant is coming out wether you want it to or not.
