Advance timing 2-3 degrees, increase fuel pressure, use headers, run larger exhaust pipe, open element air cleaner.

Car: 91 Camaro RS
Engine: LS6
Transmission: M12/T56
Axle/Gears: 3.42
Go as far as you can on timing until it pings and run 92 octane. Do the ultimate tbi mods found in the "tech articles" section on the main thirdgen.org page. That'll be a great start - they gave me VERY impressive increases (.4 and 3 mph! for free!).

Yank the underhood insulation and rear weather stripping unless you live somewhere where that actually might help. It doesn't snow here so I'm not sure what would happen somewhere with real seasons.
