Is my fuel in trouble?

Well since I have been driving my car alot, it seems that when your going and exceed 2000 rpm when driving normally, it has a miss feeling but not quite a miss, kinda weaker. Also it does not pull hard after like 3000 rpm but the car runs fine and drives great with no hesitation when shifting at like 2000 rpm. I have a big feeling that since my motor has 176,000 miles on it, that this is my fuel pump going. When you try to start the car after sitting for a long time, it takes a few seconds to start, but if you shut it off and leave it for like 10 mins, it starts fine. I know these TBI fuel pumps are sucky, so what do you guys think? The car has had every tune up thing you can do for the most part. Thanks guys.
