Fuel drips forming at base of injectors. Normal? *pics*

On both injectors there are droplets of fuel that form and ultimatly fall into the motor(which im thinking/hoping is a sorce of my surging at idle problem). Does anyone know if this is actually a normal thing or what would cause this? Also i do have a 1/4" injector pod spacer on it if that makes any difference.
Drops form where the arrow is...

Let me ask you a few questions regarding your idle problem....

When you start it up does it rev and up and down? Just sometimes?

Does it idle around 1000 RPMs when in park or neutral?

While backing out of a parking spot when shifting between reverse and drive does the engine idle very high (about 1500 RPM) for a brief period then settle down?

When you pop it in drive does it feel like the truck just "wants to go"? If you lift your foot off the brake will it move foreward without touching the gas?

What have you checked or replaced so far?

Does it idle around 1000 RPMs when in park or neutral? I dont think it idles quite that high(i dont have a tach) idle RPM seems to be pretty normal

When you pop it in drive does it feel like the truck just "wants to go"? If you lift your foot off the brake will it move foreward without touching the gas? It will move forward or rather creep forward. its not like i have to applly exess presure to the brake pedel though.

What have you checked or replaced so far? replaced MAP, O2 sensor, and knock sensor
There you go i just used your qute to reply to the questions.

Fuel shouldnt be dripping from the base like that. Check to make sure its not fuel splash from the injectors. If not, it sounds like the pod is leaking at some point. Also check to make sure the injectors arnt leaking from the top. There are internal o-rings in the injectors as well that can fail, which will cause fuel to spew out the top of the injector around the terminal posts.
