Help please, need TBI ecm for lt1 cam
Hey guys I really need some help. I need to drive the car about 50 miles or so to a friend of mine thats going to help me learn to tune my TBI vehical. Problem is the car isnt very drivable at the moment.
All I have right now is a 305, headers, open element, and a caprice LT1 camshaft.
Everything else motor wise is stock.
I would like to buy a ECM from one of you guys thats setup for this setup as I know its not very uncommon.
Please help!

If you advance the timing I would think it would be drivable, I mean a tune will let you get all the power from it, but I thought the LT1 cam since its not to aggressive was easily run on the stock ecm?

It was already running funny. Plus I read some interesting stories on here about what can happen.
I just want to go ahead and get it as close as possible.

Yeah, thats why I went ahead and got a new computer before I started doing anything other then exhaust.
If I had a spare that had the settings you needed I would gladly send it to you. But sorry I cant be of any more help, but if you cant find anyone on here go to tbichips.com and just tell him what your engine specs and mods are and he can make you a chip, ive heard hes good and it wouldent be more then like 150$ I dont think.

tbi chips= Garbage, dont waste your money on that all you need to do if you have the stuff to burn your chips is start data-logging find out how much more fuel you need get it in the ball park and as long as your not super lean or rich or spark knocking you shouldn't have a problem driving or just have your friend come to you
