Hey guys Im in need of a new fuel pump. I already replaced the one in the tank and I just hated to do the removal job. What do you recommend for a Inline Electric fuel pump. Is it possible to do? Let me know what you recommend because I need a new one.

you can do it. but you have to drop the tank and remove the stock pump because fuel will not get sucked through it. you'll have to go to a third gen carb style fuel sending unit.
if you really dont want to drop the tank ppl have cut a hole in the hatch area for fuel pump removal. you will also have to cut the metal fuel lines also.
im sure their is more you'd have to do to convert into an inline setup. i am sure their is a thread for it. as their is a thread for cutting a hole in the hatch area also.

Yeah I dont wanna cut a hole into the floor board or in the rear deck. I guess Dropping the tank will be my only way..
Funny thing Is,. I just replaced the pump. IDK why it went bad so fast.
And I guess converting inst faster, or easier. So what pump does everyone recommend to use with a 670cfm Holley TBI

I have the holley im running a tpi pump ac delco ep241
use garbage brand pumps, running low on fuel, bad connections can all lead to pump failure.
i cut the hole. and it sure was nice when the pump harness connector was wired backwards and i had to pull it out again...haha. but most everyone on this site frown's on cutting the hole.
