Need help with fan wiring- something is wrong here royally

I did a search on how to wire my fan (88 TBI) to come on with a toggle switch since the fan would not come on (new fan) and I figured atleast I could use the car that way.

I found this posted in another thread:

Locate the existing fan relay. It has the following wires: Orange, black/red, tan/white and green/white. Splice (do not cut) into the green/white wire with a new section of 18-gauge wire. In other words, "tee" into the existing green/white wire. Connect the new wire to a toggle switch. Ground the other switch connector. The fan will now turn on with the switch as long as the ignition switch is on. A lighted switch can be used, but it complicates the wiring slightly.
and then found that it should be a relay on the passenger side of the radiator brackets in most cases. Well, this is what I found there

The black/red wire is there, as is the orange, but no green/white or tan/white, just another red and orange

So I then took another thread's advice and looked for the wire on the passenger head front but no luck

Any help with what I should do to help my fan problem and what's up with the wires would be greatly appreciated

I uploaded a few pics of the relays I see and parts of the harness in case it may help someone help me
