Anyone using Be Cool radiator... advice needed

Ok, I've got a 91 305 TPI and the radiator just blew. So I'm wanting to upgrade to a Be Cool radiator, one of the custom fit ones. I've got an automatic with an aftermarket tranny cooler. If I get this radiator, what modifications will I have to make, if any? Will my tranny cooler still work with it? How about the stock tranny cooler, electric fans, overflow tank, etc?

I got a be-cool from Jegs. It pretty much drops in, but, you should read this http://www.becool.com/Install/t06d.html#0015-1015 (especially about the trans fitting hookups)

I did not have to use the HAMMER for mine but it does need to be tilted back if you don't. The overflow will hook up normally.

The fans might be an issue. The radiator hold down that I had did not clear the radiator on the engine side. So I had to cut away what was effectively the fan mounts. I used the fans from becool (because it was the only way to keep my 400 from nuking) and they have some outragiously expensive mounts that only be cools sells.

Unless you absolutely plan on making much more HP in the future, I would not spend the 625 bucks for a becool (which is what one will be with a trans cooler-100 bucks less without). One of the most cost effective replacement radiators that offer a lot of cooling is a 4 core copper/brass from superior radiator in Michigan. They are 265 bucks. I had bought one for my car thinking it would be enough cooling and only used it for 1 hour. If you want it maybe we can work out something. It does not have a transcooler.

how come it wasn't enough cooling? superior is right by me so i'm thinking about talking to them but i want a direct replacement of sorts so the becool sounds tempting...
