Car: 1992 Camaro RS
Engine: 383 w/Holley Stealth Ram
Transmission: Pro-built 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.73
motor question
i want to go to a junk yard and get a motor for my camaro. A 1992 Camaro RS, tbi, auto, 3.73 rear plus more. I want to go with a 350. what would be the best motor for this and how can i identify it (out of a car)?? i don't know what else to add if you guy could pick my brain i'll answer. thanks for any help you can give me. also how much should i pay for a none working motor??

It really depends on the motor is in good condition and was running nice and strong or still does. Definately go with the 350, i did and i dont regret it! Of course i got mine for 600 bucks and that was including the install... of course that was a buddy price from someone i know. Where exactly do you live? If you cant find one my friend has a few 350's he would sell to you for a good deal.
