Car running horrible
My car has been running horrible ever since i put a new intake and carb on it....when i'm at a dead stop and floor it, it boggs down bad, but when i get over 2000 rpm it gets better, also when i'm cruising down the road and i floor it, the car just completely cuts out for a second, then rebounds but it backfires every now and then when i do that......does anybody have any ideas about this?

Car: Guess
Engine: Crazy 8
Transmission: So close to being a manual I can taste it
Sounds like your carb has too much jetting in it...The air fuel ratio sounds really rich, similar to a symptom I once had on a carbed car years ago...

Sounds like the accelarator pump isn't working right.
With eng OFF, look down inside the carb while moving the throttle to the open position rapidly. You should be able to plainly see a strong stream of fuel shooting down each of the 2 front carb bores.
Warning: Try this with eng running, your face may catch on fire!
