When I floor the gas pedel in my car it just completely dies out, it doesn't matter weather I'm sitting still and punch it or if I'm going 60mph...anyone have any ideas?

Possibly too right for the engine to handle? Maybe a bad fuel filter clog and too lean? heh. Any more info about how it dies would help.

when I floor it, the car sputs for just a quick second then the RPM's fall to zero, sometimes the car will die then come back all of the sudden.....anything else you need to know?

I just had a tune up about 3 months ago, and it's the LG4 305 with the edelbrock air-gap intake and the 1406 electric choke carb. I have the pro flo 1000 series edelbrock air cleaner.
