Got about 3 grand to blow.. what to get ?
To run some better 1/4 mile times ? I could care less for the track, I need to kick *** on the street. I was thinking a pair of AFR195s and a miniram. Or build a 406 with 195s and a miniram. What would you guys buy to get it in the 12s ?

I'd say heads would give you the most performance gain. Better get an intake and larger tube runners to feed those heads. Then work on your suspension, gotta put the power to the ground. Maybe some transmission upgrades, quicker shifts = lower times!

Blade,
You didn't mention rear gear ratio, but unless you're running 3.73s or higher, a torque converter swap can provide a lot of gains in accelleration, and doesn't have to cost you a lot in fuel economy if you retain the TCC. You'll have a little cash left over, too.

Guess I should have said what mods I have already. Hehe
I have a 2500 RPM convertor, a new "race prepped" transmission that has very positive shifts, and I have the stock 3:23 gears. No suspension mods whatsoever. I figured if Traxion's IROC can do low 12s with the miniram/AFR190s combo and considering I have the exact same cam, I should be able to pull the same times with some suspention mods.

Car: Turbo Buick

I might be going against the grain with this one but i thinkthe miniram is way overpriced for the performance it delivers compared to what else is out there
I think youd be further ahead to get a single plane conversion, afr 195s or GMPP fastburns and the aformentioned cam

Well I want to stay N/A. I know slapping a supercharger on is the easy way out but I dont want to do that. Also I want to stay fuel injected. So a superram or a miniram is probably the best choice.

I'd have to say an ATI I know its the easy way out but it beats ripping apart a good running engine. Plus u know and ATI is guarenteed power and it's probebly best bank for the buck (NOS not included)

Hell, you're almost there already, just tune what you have.
Hotchkis LCA's and Adj. Panhard Rod
SLP weld-in Subframe Connectors
Lakewood Airlift Kit for right rear spring with between 10 and 15PSI in it.
Remove front sway bar at the track
BFG or Nitto Drag Radials
3.73 gears with an Auburn Gold limited slip
LT4 Hot Cam Kit w/1.6 Roller rockers (comes with the kit)
If you still have $1000 or so left over, Trick Flow heads and 30lb injectors with an adjustable FPR.
Anyway, that'll get you there.
