Where to hook up distributor advance?

i am switching from tbi to carb and i am trying to get the vacuum hooked up on the dist. but i am unsure of where to hook it up. there is no where to hook it up on the manifold, i am using an edelbrock perfromer rpm manifold and carb. Does it hook up to the carb? I tried a search and everyting says to hook up to the manifold.

connect it to the carb, i'd try a source below the throttle blades first. if you don't like that move it to above.

If you are looking at the frount of the carb it should be the vac port on the right or the carb adjustment screws. You want vac at idel ,off win you give it the gas.
