can someone run this combo through dd for me?
327 shortblock .60 over
flattop pistons 4 valve relief
comp cams 280h 280/280 230/230 .480/480 110 lsa
L98 cylinder heads stock
edelbrock rpm intake
650 holley dp

if you can run the 327 combo and then do a L98 350 stock except for

You will need to post the specs from your cam card to get any type of accurate reading.

Also, is it a dual plane manifold? what about your heads and valves? Need all that too.

You will want to 'watch' your compression ratio - Those heads only have a 58cc chamber and you are 0.060 overbore. Its getting up there if you still want to stay with pump gas.

Your head gasket selection will be the deciding factor.

No, those Chambers are 64cc. Unless they are from the vettes which did have 58cc chambers.

Thanks, good information to know. Here is where I found the 58cc - like you said - it does say for Corvette

cast 10088113 are 58cc vette head those (this is what I have on my set-up)

these are 88 to 94 corvette head whit D shape exhaust port, I don't if they are other 58cc head butt, ...

I count 320HP and 350ft/lbs whit 9.5:1 , whit 68cc chamber

And those must have 1.94/1.5 valve

For you correct spec, please give your head cast# and that will be fine!!! Sorry!!! :-)

HEY..want to run one for me???

stock 305 L69 with:

Performer cam w/1.6 rockers
Performer intake
Stock CCC carb
L98 D-port heads shaved .010
Dynomax 1 5/8 LT's with 2 1/2 h-pipe and Flows

I'm guessing close to 10:1 compression...

I have Desktop Dyno 2000 but that program looks like it is MUCH easier to use...

Nah, stock 305 heads are 58cc and they typically run 9.3:1 compression. Cutting 0.010 isnt going to make a difference in compression. Maybe .1-.2 at most. I would figure 9.5:1.
