Ok my brothers birthday is coming up soon and he has a 90 vette. I want to buy him something for a performance mod. My limit is $300. I don't know what to get but this is what he has now.

L98 120,000
mods: slp runners and baseplate,BBK throttle body,aftermarket exhaust but no headers.
I think thats it and he runs 13.7 in the 1/4.

1. Headers
I know the first thing your going to say is get headers but I can't find any that are true dual.He has this silly set up that has true dual exhaust with the stock manifolds.I think he ran out of money!!Also the headers have to be under 300 dollars.
2.What about gears? I think he has a 3.07 gear if I am correct. I know its a Dana but what type? Maybe some 3.73 gears?
3.Can he put 1.6 rollers on and will they clear the stock covers and work with the stock valvesprings.
I can't think of anything else.He is getting the tranny rebuilt soon so he doesn't need help there.
What do you guys think.Are there headers that are under 300bucks,gears,rockers? Any other ideas.Thanks,sorry for the long and unorganized post.
