ball inside fender well
Hey gang,
I went to replace some of my vacuum lines and when I went to pull this one
(which connects to the purge canister), broke part of the plastic piece that
the hose connects to on the ball.
The part I am referring to is mounted directly underneath the battery holding
tray (it's connected to the tray with 2 screws).
My questions are:
What is this thing called?
Since it is now disconnected, will it effect how the car drives?
I am going to a salvage yard to get a replacement asap and just want to
know if it will damage anything until it gets replaced.
Thanks!

I haven't laughed like that in a while, and also be educated.
