Quick Question... I am stumped
Ok so last night I go to get into my car and turn the ignition it doesnt even turn over. From there I start looking at everything... I have full power and the car has been running and starting fine. I pop the hood and take a look at the battery cable and they are both tight. I move the shifter from park down to 1st and back to park and try it again...nothing. Finally I got mad shut the hood and gave it one more try. Then it decides to fire up like brand new.
Anyone have any idea or previous experience with something like this cause I am stumped.

When you tried to start it and it didn't turn over, did you hear a click atleast or several clicks? I'm leaning towards the starter solenoid.

Re: Quick Question... I am stumped
could be the wiring in the tilt steering column
next time it wont start try moving the tilt
if that does not work then use a test light and put it on the s terminal on the starter with the purple wire
have someone turn the key and the test light should light up. if not replace the seliniod or better yet the whole starter because sbc starters are super cheap
