missing and sputtering when manually shifting

i have an 84 camaro, 350 engine, 700r4 tranny, stock gears in rearend and stock motor. my problem is when i manually shift it from first to second at wot it actually misses, sputters and bogs down. what causes that? my fuel pressures consistent at 6psi, and all other things are in correct order. any suggestions and where to start?

yes i have a fuel pressure gauge under my cowl hood. thinking it fuel related five7kid?
