knocking
today when i start my car i hear a deep knocking sound, cant really feel it on the driver side but i put my hand on the passenger side floor and feels like something hitting it, after a minute it went away, then later when i started did the exact same thing but seems to go away after a minute... any ideas ?

are you using that fake oil, sometimes that can do it.
or a piston has a piston skirt problem and when it warms up the skirt expands and knocking goes away.

fake oil ? not that i know of... the engine is a fresh rebuild with about 200 miles on it, and today the first time i heard it...
