Fuel gauge FYI

I had the gas tank out of my 91 and replaced the pump.....while I was in there I noticed the purple wire to the float mechanism was loose/off. I tried to snap it back on but it wouldn't stay so I used epoxy to hold it in place.....the fuel gauge now works. I'm hoping the epoxy will hold up when its submerged in gas though. Hope this helps
